Only merchandise sold online at Capablanca.com is guaranteed to be authentic Capablanca. Consumers should be cautious of counterfeits when purchasing any purported Capablanca merchandise from any non-authorized retailer, including from any online marketplace, even if “authentication” services are offered.

Your order and shipping confirmation emails will note whether a signature is required at the time of delivery. If a signature is required and you cannot provide one, you may use FedEx Delivery Manager to have your package held for pick up at a FedEx or one of their authorized locations.

We do not allow shipments to P.O. boxes. Billing addresses may contain a P.O. box. We also do not allow shipments to APO/FPO/DPO or freight forwarding address locations.

All orders placed on the website are placed in especially designed discreet protected packaging for delivery.

We are pleased to offer a full refund for Capablanca.com purchases returned within 30 days of their purchase date.

All refunds will be made to the purchaser and issued to the original form of payment except cash purchases, which will be refunded by company check. Gift recipients may receive a merchandise credit.

Please note: Returns must be accompanied by a sales receipt or packing slip and received unaltered, unworn and in sellable condition. Some exclusions may apply. Used merchandise will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless defective. Personalized and custom designs are final sale.

After an order is placed, there is temporary hold on your credit card account for the total value of the order.

Your credit card will be charged once your order ships. The authorization that was temporarily on the account now becomes a permanent charge.

In some instances, an order is cancelled due to the item no longer being in stock.

There are also times an order is cancelled due to incorrect or inconsistent customer information. If you would like to continue with your order, please ensure all credit card, billing and shipping information is accurate and create a new order on our site or by contacting Customer Care.

Yes, prices are subject to change. We offer a one-time (single order) refund or adjustment for items purchased within 10 days of a price adjustment.
